Vampire Facial Phlebotomy and PRP Training

What is PRP?

PRP is Platelet Rich Plasma by using plasma taken from the patient’s own body it is possible to repair and rejuvenate the skin and restore hair growth. Platelets contain a high content of growth factors, proteins that help to heal injured tissue or damaged skin. With the help of our technique to reinjection the platelets release their growth factors which trigger surrounding cells to proliferate, in turn stimulating the repair and increasing the volume of the skin with a fantastic rejuvenating effect. This treatment stimulates the skin and regenerates the repair naturally and safely, PRP will create a smoother, brighter, healthier and tighter younger looking skin.

This course will cover:

  • PRP for facial rejuvenation and neck rejuvenation
  • PRP for hair loss/hair restoration
  • PRP has become a highly sought-after as a non-surgical procedure for facial and skin rejuvenation.
  • PRP therapy is a treatment which uses your own blood platelets to stimulate new cell growth, helping to improve your complexion, skin texture and to restore lost facial volume.

The Vampire PRP Facelift Includes Phlebotomy & Needle Work

Study of – Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) facial therapy including Phlebotomy & needle work method, also known as the ‘Vampire Facelift’ helps slow down ageing and sometimes even reverse it. The treatment involves harvesting platelets from the patient’s blood and injecting them into problem skin areas. The procedure starts with the extraction of a minimal amount of blood which is then placed in a centrifuge to separate the plasma; it is then injected into the chosen area.

The Vampire PRP Facial

Study of -Vampire Facial Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Collagen therapy injection method, is performed by harvesting platelets from the patient’s blood with the phlebotomy blood taking. Injecting the target areas is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a smaller needle to just the areas concerned. We look at different injection methods and using needle techniques at various depths to create a controlled skin injury. Injection method creates trauma to the skin which in turn channel’s the release of growth factors and stimulates collagen production through the wounds healing process.

What are the benefits of the PRP injection treatment?

  • This treatment is perfect for acne scars and scaring
  • The treatment will improves aged and sun damaged skin
  • PRP will improve facial and décolleté lines and wrinkles
  • No side effects or allergic reactions to the treatment

  • Rejuvenates the skin with a tightness and glow

What does PRP involve?

A small sample of the patient’s blood is taken from their arm (you must be trained in phlebotomy/venepuncture to take live bloods) and placed into a centrifuge, which spins it very rapidly to separate the plasma from the red blood cells. The plasma can be injected directly into specific areas of the skin, to create tiny punctures across a larger area with the use of grid techniques ect

We teach 3 different courses that cover different techniques.

A small sample of the patient’s blood is taken from their arm (you must be trained in phlebotomy/venepuncture to take live bloods see our different courses to study) and placed into a centrifuge, which spins it very rapidly to separate the plasma from the red blood cells. The plasma is then applied topically to the skin of the neck and face, or the scalp, and then a dermal roller is used to create tiny punctures in the skin, which allows the plasma to be absorbed.

What does the PRP training course for non-medics involve?

This course enables those practitioners who meet the entrance criteria to separate platelet rich plasma from blood by using a centrifuge. Pre-course reading will be provided via our interactive e learning platform prior to training.

The day will begin with a discussion on the theory content studied, alongside an explanation of the treatment process.

The afternoon will be given over to practical experience whereby delegates will carry out the treatment under the supervision and guidance of our expert instructors. Delegates will consult their models ensuring they are fully informed and consented. All delegates will be given the opportunity to carry out a PRP treatment on a model using needle techniques previously discussed in class to apply the PRP.

The aim of the course is that each delegate will leave confident in their knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the treatment successfully in their own practice.

As ever we strive to provide a relaxed safe environment in order to maximise learning within the space of the day.
