Vampire Facial Phlebotomy and PRP Training

What is PRP?

PRP is Platelet Rich Plasma by using plasma taken from the patient’s own body it is possible to repair and rejuvenate the skin and restore hair growth. Platelets contain a high content of growth factors, proteins that help to heal injured tissue or damaged skin. With the help of our technique to reinjection the platelets release their growth factors which trigger surrounding cells to proliferate, in turn stimulating the repair and increasing the volume of the skin with a fantastic rejuvenating effect. This treatment stimulates the skin and regenerates the repair naturally and safely, PRP will create a smoother, brighter, healthier and tighter younger looking skin.

This course will cover:

  • PRP for facial rejuvenation and neck rejuvenation
  • PRP for hair loss/hair restoration
  • PRP has become a highly sought-after as a non-surgical procedure for facial and skin rejuvenation.
  • PRP therapy is a treatment which uses your own blood platelets to stimulate new cell growth, helping to improve your complexion, skin texture and to restore lost facial volume.

WE HAVE 4 DIFFERENT COURSES TO STUDY INDIVIDUALLY OR COMBINED

The Vampire PRP Facelift

Course 1
Study of – Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) facial therapy Mesotherapy Nappage method, also known as the ‘Vampire Facelift’ or ‘Dracula Therapy’ helps slow down ageing and sometimes even reverse it. The treatment involves harvesting platelets from the patient’s blood and injecting them into problem skin areas. The procedure starts with the extraction of a minimal amount of blood which is then placed in a centrifuge to separate the plasma; it is then injected into the chosen area.

The Vampire PRP Facial

Course 2
Course 2 Study of -Vampire Facial Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Collagen therapy Skin needling roller method, is performed by harvesting platelets from the patient’s blood to massage with H.A into the chosen area in-between each set of skin needling. Skin needling with the roller is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a device that contains fine needles. These needles are used to puncture the skin at various depths to create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture creates trauma to the skin which in turn channel’s the release of growth factors and stimulates collagen production through the wounds healing process.

What are the benefits of the PRP treatment?

  • This treatment is perfect for acne scars and scaring
  • The treatment will improves aged and sun damaged skin
  • PRP will improve facial and décolleté lines and wrinkles
  • No side effects or allergic reactions to the treatment
  • The skin can become healthier boosting collagen
  • Rejuvenates the skin with a tightness and glow

What does PRP involve?

A small sample of the patient’s blood is taken from their arm (you must be trained in phlebotomy/venepuncture to take live bloods) and placed into a centrifuge, which spins it very rapidly to separate the plasma from the red blood cells. The plasma can be injected directly into specific areas of the skin, or skin needling can be used to create tiny punctures across a larger area, to allow the plasma to be absorbed. We teach 3 different courses that cover different techniques.

The plasma is then applied topically to the skin of the neck and face, or the scalp, and then a dermal roller is used to create tiny punctures in the skin, which allows the plasma to be absorbed.

What does the PRP training course for non-medics involve?

This course enables those practitioners who meet the entrance criteria to separate platelet rich plasma from blood by using a centrifuge. Pre-course reading will be provided via our interactive e learning platform prior to training.

The day will begin with a discussion on the theory content studied, alongside an explanation of the treatment process.

The afternoon will be given over to practical experience whereby delegates will carry out the treatment under the supervision and guidance of our expert instructors. Delegates will consult their models ensuring they are fully informed and consented. All delegates will be given the opportunity to carry out a PRP treatment on a model using a dermal roller to apply the PRP. The roller used is a 0.5mm roller.

The aim of the course is that each delegate will leave confident in their knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the treatment successfully in their own practice.

As ever we strive to provide a relaxed safe environment in order to maximise learning within the space of the day.

What does this combined PRP training course involve?

This NEW combined course will enable those practitioners who meet the entrance criteria to separate platelet rich plasma from blood by using a centrifuge which can then be used for both Skin Rejuvenation and Hair Loss. Pre-course reading will be delivered to you through our interactive e learning platform that will be sent out to each delegate prior to training. There is an assessment that is required to be completed prior to training to ensure all delegates have an underpinning knowledge of the treatment prior to training.

On this course, you will also learn about cocktails that can be added to the PRP, again to assist in hair restoration.

The afternoon will be given over to practical experience whereby delegates will undertake the treatment on models under the supervision and guidance of our expert trainers. All delegates who meet the entrance criteria will be taught how to either inject the PRP with Nappage technique or the use a dermal roller to apply the PRP. The roller used is a 0.3mm/0.5mm roller. You can also choose to study both techniques.

The aim of the course is that each delegate will leave confident in their knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the treatment successfully in their own practice.

The centrifuge is very robust and of the highest quality. It spins up to 4000 RPM. This will need to be prearranged prior to training, please contact us to discuss this should you require our assistance. We give out shopping lists for all our course with the correct health & safety equipment you will need and the manufacturers and wholesalers we work with. This is given out once the settlement has been paid with the training documents.

Once you have introduced the treatment to your clinics, our team will be happy to offer advice and guidance should you have any questions. We can be contacted by phone or email and will ensure a prompt response. We often set up group contacts after training, we find our students love to hear from each other after training.
