Notwithstanding any of these terms, we do not intend to exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We have no liability to You for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. To the maximum extent permissible at law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms howsoever arising in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to £250.
If defective digital content that we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.
Refund Policy
Should you decide to purchase any products or services from this site then you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. If you change your mind about purchasing you are entitled to a refund for the 14 days following the purchase. However, you will be required to return any products to us in the original packaging before any refund will be processed.
If you make an electronic purchase, from booking with a confirmed holding fee paid then you will be sent a confirmation email with your selected date and course booked. This then places you in a contract with us. It’s non refundable and non transferable. We reserve the right that on some occasions we have the right to change the date in an emergency. We have never had to do this.
The link for a direct download of documents is only sent on the full settlement payment. At the point of purchase, when you have purchased these training documents which means the settlement of the course is finalised. You would have had your confirmed course study date and the release of the paid documents. With doing so, is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other course of study. The contract then states that you will need to finalise your settlement two weeks prior to the training course to release the paid documents. These documents are paid for meaning this is 1- 2 days of your study, the responsibility of your completion of home study is part of the accreditation certification as is taken very seriously for you as a student to digest prior to the assessment date. Some of the courses have tests to complete, with doing so we can then release your certificate. You will be asked to confirm your express consent to receiving the download immediately. In agreeing to receive the download at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.

Online Ordering
Ordering online through our website confirms your purchase. All orders are subject to availability, where possible we will advise of “out of stock” product. We (Bristol Beauty Aesthetics Training) reserve the right to refuse an order.
We will email you acknowledgement of your order.
All communication will be via the email address you have supplied.
By selecting products from our range, these products will be placed in the shopping cart by clicking on the add to cart button. You will be taken through to the “checkout” button. As soon as this order is accepted by us via an “acceptance email”, your order forms a binding contract between us, Bristol Beauty Aesthetics Training Ltd and you, the consumer.
Before confirming any order via “checkout” you can review or amend your order by clicking on the shopping cart at any time.
An automatic email will be sent to your email address confirming receipt of your order (“confirmation email”), summarising your order, we recommend you print this out and keep for your record.

A second email will be sent to you “acceptance email” whereupon your goods will be dispatched, at which point a binding contract of sale is in place. We will hold a copy of any order, accepted by us.
Delivery Costs, Prices and Payments
All deliveries within the UK are first class signed for next day delivery although this cannot be guaranteed.
We endeavour to deliver all orders within 2 working days, to the address provided by you. If we are unable to dispatch within 30 days from order date, we will email and give you an expected delivery date. You have the right to cancel your order in these exceptional circumstances and a full refund will be given.
You are responsible for your product once delivered. If you are unhappy with the product i.e. damaged packaging please klaire@bristolbeautyaestheticstraining.co.uk as soon as possible.
All prices are inclusive of VAT
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept all major debit cards, credit cards via Stripe. Payments will be debited from your account shortly before dispatch. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be happy with your goods. All products have a full description with full ingredients listing, take care to read these and avoid ingredients known to cause you sensitivity.
You notify us in writing within 3 working days if you are unhappy with your product with a receipt of product You have taken reasonable care of the product and not caused damage in any way.
You will be responsible for the cost of return, unless it is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed. Please ensure the product is well-packaged on return.
Sales to Trade Customers
Please note trade sales are non-refundable online, unless the goods are faulty. As a business customer your ‘Consumer Rights’ do not apply.
